REC Rural electrification gives a buy signal

In one hour chart the shape formed is a parabolic view and buy above 89.30 will reach posible target of 92.80.
technically speaking rsi in 30 min chart is above 60 and in daily view the today candle closed above high of previous day candle.
buy REC for target of 92.80.SL is previous day low[/b}
