NFP NFP NFP (marked in orange), 123.50 make it or break it.
A better than expected NFP would boot the chance rate hike by 2015; if not, possibly see the hike comes in next week, or NEVER.

USD ADP Non-Farm Employment Change came out to be better than expected. It seemed like Dec. hike is certain while more numbers are rolling out in the next 2 weeks.
