Two situations, we are in a strong uptrend, we are on the top of this ascending flag, which was respected many times, stoch is flat, rsi is at 85+(4h), cipher is showing divergance on vwap and sell, volume is also slowly decreasing as it is more apparent on 1h and macd is showing a trend reversal on 1h, before we short at the top of the flag we need conformation, if we break through the top without much resistance let it consoildate before retesting, and after conformation we can short as it will show a clear idea where we can go to, if we break to top and go sideways look for a long, but let it break and retest before entering!. But for now my bias is looking for a short, how ever we look like we are in a strong uptrend thus if we break i might change my bias.
