This is a bit tricky. I would like price to close above the red line to be very confident. But sometimes I like to buy when is not ready yet. More R:R when it plays out. If you are not confortable where it is wait for the close above the red line. I don't mind taking a loss. Its just another variable in trading. WIN:LOSS . Nothing else.
