Vonage looks oversold mostly due to automatic share sales from CPO, CEO, President etc and slightly disappointing earnings.

Numerous oversold signals on the RSI over the last few weeks.

As long as price holds above the 200ma next week I will be looking to buy.

In at $6. Inside day following hammer on low volume.

Negative side of the trade is price is still be 200MA, however, it is a strong round number so looking at upside to $8.

Holding this trade to 5.50 where I will exit for a loss. Still believe in the upside potential .
