Weekly:
-we are in a range right now but we could get a relevant move soon
-if we get an WMA10 /WMA20 cross-up we could see some move up
-we have a Higher high on RSI and MACD is approaching bullish territory

• -another good sign will be price closing above WEMA55 and turning it into support
  -the big problem is the low volume
