XRP... Another Decision Soon - Will This Time Be Different?

Ripple is approaching that short term brick wall of resistance around .30-.31. XRP has been trying to break through this area for a while now. With the strength we have seen in the crypto market, I'm inclined to believe that she will break up to .33-.35 short-term. However, if we fail here yet again and break down from the inclined support, .27-.28 are incoming.
