Common Dividends Paid represent the total cash dividends to common shareholders of the company.

They include:

  • Distributions to REIT unit holders;
  • Distributions to partners;
  • Distributions to hybrid capital;
  • Dividend equivalents (payments-in-lieu of dividends) to restricted stock units;
  • Dividends paid to profit-participating preferred shares.
