My payment method won’t work, what am I doing wrong and what can I do?

This is not as uncommon as you may think. At TradingView, we have steps in place that make it easier for members who experience payment method issues to continue with their payment and move on to their plan subscription with us.

If you are experiencing issues, we encourage you to first try and change your payment method on the Account & Billing tab of your Profile Settings page. Users can pay with the following credit cards: Visa, Delta, Electron, MasterCard, Eurocard, Maestro, JCB, UnionPay, and American Express. We also accept debit cards if they have a Visa or MasterCard logo.

In addition, users can pay with a PayPal account, Venmo, Apple Pay. Pay attention that Google Pay cannot be used to take a trial period. But don't get upset! Having activated a trial with another payment means, you can update your payment method and set Google Pay for future auto-renewals.

We also accept crypto payments for annual plans. For more info, please follow this link.

You can even buy a Pro subscription with TradingView Coins, available for purchase on our site. Please be advised that you have an opportunity to earn TradingView Coins, click here for more details.

If one payment method doesn’t seem to be working, go ahead and try another.

In case you have payment difficulties in a mobile app, please remember that you can use payment methods supported by the App Store or Google play. For additional info, please contact the support team of a corresponding store.
