just wait for a breakout and hard close, if the breakout above and next candle is white then you can long, and tp at the dashed line, but if the break above and next candle is blue so wait for retest then at trend test long... with SL, similarly when breaking below

695.65 will work as nice resistance, so it may retest that level and most probably fail

At 07:00(UTC) candle, the resistance works as support, and the price bounce from 695.60, and our support is 695.65 that's pinpoint accuracy.
