Downwards parallel strong pattern from the top of the bull

Rsi says 60 and its dipping down. Signaling bear trend.
80-40 is bull and 20-60 is bear.
We are heading down to 42k im currently short on bitcoin and waiting.
Also looks like a open wedge pattern which explains the high volatility.
