This call will be controversial but I am seeing some very bullish divergence playing out on the 4 hour chart. Perhaps a bounce back to 38k before further downside unless bulls can somehow take control. There is a hidden bullish caveat in the developments of today. In the event Putin decides to stay put in the Separatist held regions and successfully gets Ukraine to allow Russia to annex these states uncontested then war may be averted and Putin will have achieved his goal without having to conduct a full out war. I pray that the problems in Ukraine do not spiral out of control for the sake of Ukraine, the sake of Europe and the sake of the entire world.
