CHROMIA expected monthly return of 100%, 300% best case
I have been waiting for such an opportunity for so long and in this idea, I clarify my logic behind this expectation. there are significant fundamental reasons behind the recent surge in volume , and volatility of CHR however this fundamental discussion is out of the scope of this idea. CHR has a current market cap. of 700million USD which puts it in the low market cap category. Exchange volume indicates big room for growth as long-term holders refuse to sell during periods of below-average prices. since the end of October, a significant surge in interest in metaverse-related crypto assets led to a surge in volume and volatility which helped CHR break out of its long-term stationarity around $0.35. Now the most important question to be asked is whether Chromia which is a cross-sectional momentum winner over the past month will experience time-series momentum. in other words, as a matter of fact Chromia has outperformed most of its peers over the past month, the question is wether this monthly return of 200% will be repeated, a pattern reffered to as autocorrelation. well, quantitative data suggest this is very likely in the current case. However this relies heavily on the public's interest in metaverese and gaming related crypto assets also it is worth noting that crypto inevstors usually invest in higher cap less riskier projects like decentralnd and sandbox first pumping their prices then rotating into lower cap ones.
