Are we in verge of another crypto and stock bullrun

As always I am not an expert, just a researcher and enthusiastic person in macro-economy trends.
As the chart is representing, the fall in DXY means a gain in crypto and the stock market's valuation, but be aware not all the devaluation of the Dollar against other currency means there will be a bull run (such as in 2008)
My minimum expectation is a relief rally for major markets, for the more hopium senario, we can expect a higher high in all markets but bear in mind the stock market has been in a bull run for nearly a 14 years and we are nearly topped in most of the markets.

Nearly after 9 months, kind of guess the top close, and now battling the inflation and possible financial crisis. Remember hard times creates good man and good man creates good time. I am not sure if crypto goes to another bull run but it is quite the right time to have a nice rebound from the bottom and possible final phase of altseason before heading to longer bear market. Even if we break another ATH, the market does not have potential for high gains, therefore think and plan.
