ETC Reverse Head and Shoulders

Reverse head and shoulders indicates a market reversal. In this case, a possible market spike to the indicated ~ $37 line upon 4-hour break out(and holding) of the neck line. It currently broke out and needs to hold for this idea to take place. However, this idea is cancelled if it breaks down.
