EURUSD - Buy when..?

Hello trader,
we come back after a long time, as we can see with EURUSD there's a chance for a buy when?

when the price reverses from the point as we mention on the chart and we can confirm that with any price action reverse.

and there is an idea it will happen without a point but the number from 3 not confirm till we will update the chart from time to time.
