Now, i know that these Chinese tutoring companies are in a very bad situation, but from my understanding is that China is not planning to wipeout private education, but rather reduce the cost of it to make it more affordable. Now let's Imagine Chinas population and how much of them in the past couldn't afford it will now be able to. so example instead of 10000 people paying $1000, we will see 1000000 people paying $100. just a long term idea.
