Although i think how closer we come to the 14th January the more likely it will be that tron keeps rising, the anouncement will be done there.

If we look at the volume we can clearly see a massive decrease, which leads to less prisce movements. As soon as TRX will breakout the curent triangles there will be also an massive increase in volume, that droppend from 120 000 btc to 30 000 btc at bianance.
