People are losing a lot of money at the moment, and it's understandable, cause this phase of the Market Cycle is hard. First of all we are facing a KEY LEVEL as 6,000 USD is, like we also did one year ago - then it was just another key level. 10, 000 USD.
Reasons why people are losing money:
1. I have warned people about going short again. There has been a HUGE disproportion between Shorts vs Longs, and the Whales ended up liquidating shorts again and again.
2. Even Longs are not safe. We have seen long wicks again and again, that have swiped out shorts and longs.
3. Increasing Bitcoin-Dominance. We went from 50% to 55.7% in BTC-Dominance in no time - that means that Bitcoin are doing better than the altcoin-market, and most alt/btc (xxx/btc) pairs have fared badly.
**So Will We Go Down Now Like We did when we hit 10k - the fractals imply that**
NO! I can with pretty big confidence say, that we will go through 6,000 USD and ABOVE. The reason is, that this time the Whales and the Smart Money will help us. They want us above.
They accumulated Bitcoin at 3,000 USD, and want us up around 6k for 2 main reasons:
1. To bait retail investors to jump on the train (the 5th wave) for hereafter and dump Bitcoin again, and take profit.
2. To make multiple Stop Hunts because 6k is Point of Control, which means that it is THE price point where most trades are generated, why we can assume, that we have a huge liquidity pool in that area, which makes is possible. Remember: For whales are liquidity alfa omega.
