Crypto XLM/USD (Another Moonshot in a making?)

XLM should be in every crypto radar as it could be the next big things in central banks' adoption on the their digital form of money.

It could rise higher sooner or later. 0.21-0.23 shall be the easy target.

After the major shakeout, XLM is back about 0.15 and it may manage to stay above of it.

and if it does, $0.17 shall be on sight.
