We have very little to say about this change, the cable has lost a lot of value in recent years, we know well that between brexit, covid, generational monarchical change plus various government changes, it could only experience high volatility but after years of experience , I know that the cable with the right conditions knows how to recover very quickly! we find it very interesting in our scalping activity! but also excellent for holding positions in the medium to long term! with the break at 8/1 descending it becomes not impossible to be able to see it already at the beginning of 2024 in the 1.40 area obviously speaking of the medium-long term and it is advisable to work with size comfort, perhaps trying to pyramid slightly, giving a stop space in the 1.25871 area 1, 24383 which would invalidate this provision.
obviously, as in the usd yen analysis, everything is concentrated in the decisions of the central banks. In the moment that the fed will make the halfway point on rates, still seeing perhaps a fairly high British inflation, it would push this forecast to be correct! we'll see!
