This is a standard RSI indicator with Background colour and the option to draw the Background colour of the next higher timeframe. Unfortunately, the 3D timeframe is not working properly (weekly background is not displayed). This is the same problem as with the MACD BG study.

Buy alerts when RSI cross over 30, 40, 50, 60, 70 and EMA5 changes > 0. Sell alerts when RSI cross down 80, 70, 60, 50, 40 and EMA5 changes < 0.

This is a custom indicator of mine that uses the volume weighted average price instead of the close price as the source for calculations of the relative strength index. Buy when the indicator line is green and sell when it is red.
