GOLD Sudden Movement. Looking for Short
Gold has made sudden movement this morning with almost 1000pips in 2 hours period. This movement is not expected to be so soon as the distance between current market price before market open is very far, and its a very fast movement as it took its daily support today.
So the safest trading plan is to join the trend and now we are looking for sell position. I would say the the best price to entry is the breakout zone. Although with this big movement, I doubt it can reach the zone, but it still the most safest zone according to trading SOP.
Anyhow, let just be careful again for today, as its mostly not predicted. Who knows what might happened when it reach our breakout zone for us to entry.
Have SL when you entry to avoid capital loss.
Remember to sell at resistance and buy at support because what I observe, its been its psychology for gold price for the past week. Its favor SNR zone compared to SND zone.
Another thing is "support become resistance' and "resistance become support".
